Our Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Introduction

0x4447, LLC ("us", "we", "our", or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access and use our website (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

  • Contact, support, and refund forms: When you fill out a form on the Platform, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and business details relevant to the form (for example your company name, job title, industry, or — on the support and refund forms — your AWS Account ID and billing period). Along with the message we record your time zone so we know when to reach you. This information is delivered to us as an email; we do not add it to any marketing database.
  • Usage information: We operate our own first-party analytics, which records how the Platform is used — pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time on page, performance metrics, and script errors — together with technical details of your visit such as your browser and device type, screen size, language, time zone, the page that referred you, and advertising campaign parameters present in the address. Our analytics does not use cookies and does not record what you type into forms; the data is stored in our own private storage.
  • Payments: If you send us a payment through the payment page on the Platform, the payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's Privacy Policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • AWS Marketplace purchases: Our software products are purchased through the AWS Marketplace, so procurement and billing happen inside your own AWS account under AWS's terms and privacy practices. We do not collect payment information for Marketplace purchases.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, which may use cookies. Google collects data such as IP address, device type, browser information, and ad interaction data. Google's Privacy Policy can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, provide our consulting services, and offer customer support;
  • Process refund requests for products purchased through the AWS Marketplace;
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the Platform;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and potential fraud.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails; we only email you in response to a message you send us.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information with:

  • Third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as Amazon Web Services (hosting, email delivery, and analytics storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (advertising measurement);
  • Law enforcement, government agencies, or other authorized third parties as required by law or in response to legal processes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights and Choices

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us;
  • Disable cookies in your browser settings, or manage Google's ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our rights. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

Where Your Information Is Stored

0x4447, LLC is a United States company serving customers in the United States. Your personal information is stored and processed in the United States.

Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Privacy Policy.
