We strive to ensure that our products deliver on their promised functionality. However, if you are unsatisfied with the performance of a product purchased through the AWS Marketplace, we offer a straightforward refund process. Simply fill out the form, and because Marketplace billing happens through your AWS account, your refund will be issued through the AWS Marketplace and reflected in an upcoming AWS billing cycle.
